MOVE auf der EXPO

Zugegeben, auf der Weltausstellung kann man uns nicht antreffen, dafür waren wir am 25. April 2015 auf der Jugend- und FreizeitEXPO in Berkum vertreten und konnten uns vor Ort auch ein Bild von den anderen Vereinen und Organisationen in Wachtberg machen.

Bogenschießen, Badminton, Jugendfeuerwehr, Tanzen, Erste-Hilfe-Übungen, Basteln, Kickern Slackline, Tischtennis, Musizieren, Reiten, Geschicklichkeitsspiele und noch viele weitere Aktivitäten wurden auf der EXPO vorgestellt.
Die EXPO ist vor allem für die Kinder und Jugendlichen aus Wachtberg und der Umgebung gedacht, um sich das Angebot der Wachtbrger Vereine anzuschauen und in die jeweilige Sportart oder Aktivität reinzuschnuppern.
Zusätzlich können sich die Vereine natürlich auch untereinander besser kennen lernen. So entstehen hilfreiche Kontakte und hin und wieder auch tolle Kooperationen.

Wir haben natürlich (fast) alle Angebote auch selber ausprobiert und hatten auf jeden Fall unseren Spaß! Aber zum Spaß waren wir ja gar nicht da. Damit alle Besucher länger durchhalten konnten, haben wir in schweißtreibender Arbeit MOVE-Waffeln gebacken und verteilt. Außerdem waren wir mit unserem Sofa und Stehlampe "Jutta" für die Unterhaltung vor der Aula zuständig und haben MOVE-Mandalas in unserer Malecke bereitgehalten

Nach Ende der EXPO und nachdem unser Stand wieder abgebaut war, haben wir auf dem Schulhof noch eine Runde Wikingerschach (oder auch "Kubb" genannt) gespielt. Trotz Regen hatten wir ziemlichen Spaß, wer weiß, vielleicht rufen wir ja bald die 1. Wachtberger Wikingerschach Meisterschaft (kurz 1. WWM) aus!
