Neue Aktion: Wie wird aus Äpfeln Apfelsaft?

Dieser Frage gehen wir am 19.10.2013 in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Streuobstbau Hochgürtel nach. Der Apfel wird vom Baum bis in die Flasche verfolgt.

Es geht los am 19.10.2013 um 10:30 Uhr am Köllenhof in Ließem. Rund um Ließem werden dann die Äpfel geerntet. Danch werden die Äpfel in Züllighoven auf dem Biobauernhof Hochgürtel zu Saft gepresst.
