"Toben, toben" - Anmeldeformular 2025

Füllen Sie bitte untenstehendes Formular aus, um ihre(n) Tochter/Sohn für die "Toben, toben" Aktion vom 27.09.2025 bis 28.09.2025  anzumelden. Falls Sie mehrere Kinder anmelden möchten, nutzen Sie bitte mehrere Anmeldeformulare, so ermöglichen Sie uns eine unkomplizierte Auflistung aller Teilnehmenden.

Einverständnis
Ich bin damit einverstanden, dass vor Ort Fotos gefertigt werden, auf denen mein Kind zu sehen ist. Ich bin ebenfalls damit einverstanden, dass die Fotos auf der Webseite von MOVE-Jugend bewegt und in der Presse veröffentlicht werden, solange es sich um Gruppenfotos und keine Einzeldarstellungen meines Kindes handelt.
Ich bin damit einverstanden, dass MOVE - Jugend bewegt e.V. die zuvor angegebenen Daten speichert und verarbeitet. Die Daten werden mit Ende der Veranstaltung gelöscht. Ziel der Datenerhebung ist die Anpassung des Programms an die Altersgruppe, sowie die Erhebung von Informationen und Kontaktdaten für Notfälle.
