Ausflug in die Moviepark

Füllen Sie bitte untenstehendes Formular aus, um ihre(n) Tochter/Sohn für den Ausflug in den Moviepark am 31.08.2024 anzumelden. Falls Sie mehrere Kinder anmelden möchten, nutzen Sie bitte mehrere Anmeldeformulare, so ermöglichen Sie uns eine unkomplizierte Auflistung aller Teilnehmer.

Sie erhalten im Anschluss eine Bestätigungsmail. Bitte überweisen Sie innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Eingang dieser Mail den Teilnehmenbeitrag auf unser Konto, ansonsten können wir die Anmeldung nicht berücksichtigen.

Durch das Absenden des Anmeldeformular buche ich die Veranstaltung verbindlich. Eine kostenfreie Absage ist anschließend nur in dem Fall möglich, wenn der Platz durch einen anderen Teilnehmer aufgefüllt werden kann. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, werden 50% des Teilnehmerbeitrags fällig.
Ich bin damit einverstanden, dass MOVE - Jugend bewegt e.V. die zuvor angegebenen Daten speichert und verarbeitet. Die Daten werden mit Ende der Veranstaltung gelöscht. Ziel der Datenerhebung ist die Anpassung des Programms an die Altersgruppe, sowie die Erhebung von Informationen und Kontaktdaten für Notfälle.
