Jugendliche kochten für Senioren- 3 Gänge Menü zum Jahresbeginn

Am 08.01.2017 kochte MOVE - Jugend bewegt e.V. für 25 Senioren im Haus St. Gereon in Wachtberg Niederbachem. Bei dieser Aktion ging es um viel Spaß am Kochen und Teamgeist. Und ganz besonders darum, den älteren Menschen der Gemeinde etwas Gutes zu tun, gerade jetzt am kalten Jahresbeginn.

Das Team von MOVE war sehr engagiert bei der Sache, denn insgesamt haben 14 Helfer und Vereinsmittglieder ab 8 Jahren dazu beigetragen, dass es wieder einmal ein voller Erfolg werden konnte. Die Veranstaltung wurde mit rund 25 Senioren gut besucht. Zudem wurden zu dieser Aktion auch ein paar neue Gesichter beim Verein begrüßt und willkommen geheißen.

Dieses Mal wurde wieder ein 3 Gänge Menü serviert, das von den tatkräftigen Kindern und Jugendlichen am vorherigen Tag vorbereitet wurde. Am Sonntag wurde dann vor dem Eintreffen der Gäste gekocht und mit Liebe angerichtet. Zum Hauptgang gab es Rouladen mit Rotkohl und Knödeln. Das Essen war wie immer kostenlos, wer wolle, konnte einen beliebigen Betrag zur Deckung der Kosten spenden.
